A Scenic Run Through Bates Nut Farm
On September 7, 2024, the Wicked Wine Run took over Bates Nut Farm in San Diego, blending exercise and wine! The run featured a choice of 5K or 1K courses, both winding through the scenic and picturesque grounds of Bates Nut Farm.
Bates Nut Farm, with its rustic charm and expansive fields, proved to be the perfect venue for this wine-filled extravaganza. The farm’s picturesque setting added a touch of rural elegance to the event, making it a delightful escape from the city. As participants crossed the finish line, runners were greeted with premium sangria, generously poured by Pasmosa.
Post-Race Festivities: Music, Food, and Wine
After the run, participants were treated to a lively post-race festival featuring live music, food trucks, and of course, plenty of wine. Featured vendors included Badas Burgers, Zs Buddies Sushi, Cookies by Colette, Blinks Jewelry Bar and Lujana Gifts.
Beyond the fun and festivities, Wicked Wine Run was a great opportunity to come together as a community. It’s not just about running and wine; it’s about celebrating with friends, family, and fellow wine lovers. The atmosphere was one of camaraderie and joy, with everyone sharing in the spirit of the season.
