Wicked Wine Run 2024 Denver: Scenic Trails, Wine, and Festivities at Salt & Acres

A Scenic Run Through Salt & Acres

On August 24, 2024, the Wicked Wine Run Denver was a smashing success! This year’s event was a perfect blend of fun, fitness, and fine wine, drawing a crowd of enthusiastic participants eager to sip and sprint their way through an unforgettable day.

Salt & Acres provided a stunning backdrop with its sprawling vineyards and rolling hills. Runners enjoyed the picturesque views as they navigated a course that combined both scenic trails and a bit of challenging terrain. Whether you were a seasoned runner or a casual participant, the course offered something for everyone.

Wine Stations and an Electric Atmosphere

One of the event’s biggest attractions was, of course, the wine tasting stations scattered along the route. Each station featured a variety of local and regional wines, giving participants the chance to sample and savor different flavors as they made their way through the course. The wine stations were strategically placed to keep everyone refreshed and motivated!

The energy at Salt & Acres was electric. From the moment participants arrived, they were greeted with lively music, enthusiastic volunteers, and a festive atmosphere.

Post-Race Festivities: Food, Music, and Local Vendors

The finish line was just the beginning of the fun. Runners and walkers were treated to a lively post-race celebration featuring live music, a variety of food options, and, of course, plenty of wine.

From juicy burgers to tantalizing street tacos, Rolling Stoves Food Truck was a hit among the hungry crowd. Georgia Boys Food Truck brought a taste of Southern hospitality to the event with their deliciously seasoned barbecue and comfort foods. Their slow-cooked meats and flavorful sides had everyone lining up for a satisfying bite after their run.

Sparkling Alchemy Jewelry, a local small business specializing in permanent jewelry, added a touch of elegance to the celebration. Their handcrafted pieces, from delicate bracelets to stunning necklaces, were a favorite among attendees looking for a unique souvenir or a special treat for themselves.

These local vendors contributed to the vibrant, community-focused spirit of the Wicked Wine Run, making it a truly memorable experience for all who attended!
