Packet Pick Up is at the venue on event day only from 11:30am-2:30pm.
Please allow yourself ample time to park and come on over to the red registration tents.
Please have your smile, QR code and ID ready!
If you had your packet shipped to you, you do not need to check in.

Parking INformation

IMPORTANT: GPS this address: 36042 Los Caballos Rd, Temecula, CA 92592.  Once you turn off Temecula PKWY onto Los Cabalos, please start following the parking signs to get you to the correct parking lots. Failing to do so, may put you a mile from where you need to park. Parking at this venue is $20. To keep things moving smoothly, have your cash or card ready for the parking attendants.

What to expect on event day

Once you arrive on site, head to the Check-In tents to get checked in and your goodie bag. Be sure to swing by our merch tent for some fun gear! If you pre-ordered anything, this is where you’ll pick it up too.              

We’ve got music, games, food, and, of course, wine for purchase throughout the event, so feel free to kick back and enjoy! Most folks bring foldable chairs or blankets to chill on before and after the race.

For the 5k runners, you’ll line up in the start chute according to your pace, with waves starting every 2-3 minutes. Along the course, there will be two water stations to keep you hydrated, and at the finish line, you’ll hit another water station. But let’s be real, this is also where you will be handed finish line wine! 

If you’re in for the 1k, enjoy the laid-back stroll, following our line leader through the course. You’ll stop at three sampling stations, with a fourth waiting for you at the finish.

 

We also offer a separate spectator tasting-only ticket for those who prefer to take it easy and enjoy the festivities while waiting for their friends and family to finish. Simply come to the merch tent to buy your pass.

And don’t miss out on the dance and costume parties where you can win Wicked Wine Run swag—or even a bottle of wine! So, get those costumes ready for some fun!

Bring a friend, put together a team, or fly solo to meet fellow wine enthusiasts as you sample wines from the vineyard. By participating, you’ll not only be treating yourself to a great time but also supporting our charity partners!

Age Restricted

All participants and spectators must be 21+. There will be an age verification process at packet pick-up or on race day if you had your packets mailed to you. Please have your ID ready!
