Packet Pickup Info
Specific details will be posted within 2 weeks of your event.
Packet Pick-Up (PPU) will be the day prior to your event at either a local business or at the event venue from 2pm-7pm.
We do offer VIP shipping for $15.00 so you don’t need to attend packet pick up. There is no event day check in. However we do provide event day check in for those that did not opt to ship their packets or those that didn’t attend packet pick up for a cost of $5 per packet to help offset the cost of additional staff, volunteer donations and other infrastructure to allow event day check in, so please plan accordingly.
Parking INformation
Specific details will be posted within 2 weeks of your event.
Please note there may be up to a $20 parking fee at this venue. To park efficiently, please have cash or card ready when approaching the parking attendants. Alternatively, you can pre-purchase your parking pass during registration and save $5.00.
Streamline your experience
Choose pre-shipping for only $15 to streamline your Wicked experience! With this option you’ll avoid the lines at packet pick-up and save time by automatically being checked in, in addition to receiving your event goodie bag and event bib straight to your doorstep!
This option expires 2 weeks prior to event day to allow time for shipments to arrive at your doorstep!
So How Does It Work?
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just love to walk and take in the scenery, Wicked Wine Run is for you! Each course will be held on beautiful properties or various partner vineyards across the country giving you a rare opportunity to view and tour a vineyard like no other. With the option to choose between a 1K or 5K course, or both, there’s something for everyone. Along the 1K course, you’ll find four sampling stations where you can enjoy world-class wines from the partner vineyard. And if you complete the 5K course, there will be a complimentary glass of wine waiting for you at the finish line.
But that’s not all – we also offer a separate spectator tasting-only ticket for those who prefer to take it easy and enjoy the festivities while waiting for their friends and family to finish.
Bring a friend, put together a team, or fly solo to meet fellow wine enthusiasts as you sample wines from the vineyard. By participating, you’ll not only be treating yourself to a great time but also supporting our charity partners!
Age Restricted
All participants and spectators must be 21+. There will be an age verification process at packet pick-up or on race day if you had your packets mailed to you. Please have your ID ready!
