Event Day Schedule

During the day we have food trucks, drinks, music and games!

7:00AM: Gates Open and Packet Pick up begins.
9:00PM: 5K Brunch Run/Walk starts! 90 minutes to complete.
12:00PM: Brunch Run wraps up!

Packet Pickup Info

Specific packet pick up schedules will be posted within 2 weeks prior to the event.

What to bring: Have your smile, QR code and ID ready!

Can’t make it to Packet Pickup the day before? No worries, we’ve got you covered! Your packet will be held for you on Race Day, but because this requires extra staff to help things run smoothly, there is a $5 Race Day pickup fee per packet. 

Want to skip the fee? Swing by Packet Pickup the day before, or send a friend with a copy of your race barcode to grab it for you. Easy, breezy, and more time to enjoy the wine!

Lastly you can save time and skip the hassle! For just $20, have your race packet delivered straight to your door. You’ll be automatically checked in, so there’s no need to attend packet pickup. Hurry, this option is only available until two weeks prior to event day!

Parking Information

Heads up! Parking at this venue may cost up to $20 per vehicle. To keep things moving smoothly, please have cash or card ready for the parking attendants. 

What to Expect on Event Day

Once you arrive on site, head to the Check-In tents to get checked in and your shirt. Be sure to swing by our merch tent for some fun gear! If you pre-ordered anything, this is where you’ll pick it up too.

We’ve got music, games, food, and, of course, wine for purchase throughout the event, so feel free to kick back and enjoy! Most folks bring foldable chairs or blankets to chill on before and after the race.

For the 5k runners, you’ll line up in the start chute according to your pace, with waves starting every 2-3 minutes. Along the course, there will be two water stations to keep you hydrated, and at the finish line, you’ll hit another water station. But let’s be real, this is also where you will be handed finish line wine and finisher medal!

If you’re in for the 1k walk, enjoy the laid-back stroll. You’ll stop at three sampling stations, with a fourth waiting for you at the finish.

We also offer a separate spectator tasting-only ticket for those who prefer to take it easy and enjoy the festivities while waiting for their friends and family to finish. Simply come to the merch tent to buy your pass that includes an etched wine glass and bracelet that will then allow you to purchase wine at the event.

And don’t miss out on the dance and costume parties where you can win Wicked Wine Run swag or even a bottle of wine! So, get those costumes ready for some fun!

Bring a friend, put together a team, or fly solo to meet fellow wine enthusiasts as you sample wines from the vineyard. By participating, you’ll not only be treating yourself to a great time but also supporting our charity partners!

Age Restricted

All participants and spectators must be 21+. There will be an age verification process at packet pick-up or on race day if you had your packets mailed to you. Please have your ID ready!
