For nearly 150 years, this family-owned farm has been growing grapes in Sheridan, New York, now spanning six generations. Today, 14 grape varieties are cultivated across 93 acres, with a steadfast commitment to quality from vine to bottle. In 2008, the operation expanded to include an on-site winery, further strengthening its winemaking legacy. The next generation continues to grow up immersed in the vineyards and winery, carrying the tradition forward. Hi Buffalo Wicked Wine Run Participants,

The safety of our participants, staff, volunteers, vendors, and venue partners is always our highest priority. After closely monitoring conditions and consulting the available air quality forecasts, we have made the difficult decision to postpone this weekend’s Buffalo Wicked Wine Run due to unhealthy air quality caused by the ongoing wildfires in Canada.

While we know many of you were looking forward to joining us, the forecasted conditions create unnecessary health risks for everyone involved, and we simply aren’t willing to compromise on safety.

We are currently working with our venue to secure a new event date and will share that information as soon as it is finalized. There is nothing you need to do at this time. Your registration will automatically transfer to the new date once it is announced.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this situation. We know this is disappointing, but we believe postponing the event is the right decision to ensure everyone can enjoy the SKECHERS Wicked Wine Run experience safely.

We’ll be back in touch soon with the new event date and additional details.

10:00AM: Gates Open and Packet Pick up begins.
12:00PM: 5K Run/Walk starts! 90 minutes to complete.
2:00PM: 1K Tasting Walk begins
4:00PM: SKECHERS Wicked Wine Run event ends.

Packet Pickup Info

Specific details will be posted 2 weeks prior to the event.

Otherwise packet pick up is on race day only at the venue from the GATE open time until 1 hour before the 1k begins.

Please check back 2 weeks prior to your event of any changes.

What to bring:

Have your smile, QR code and ID ready!
You can pick up up packets for friends as long as you have a copy of their ID showing they are 21+

Lastly you can save time and skip the hassle! For just $20, have your race packet delivered straight to your door. You’ll be automatically checked in, so there’s no need to attend packet pickup.

Parking Information

Heads up! Parking at this venue may cost up to $20 CASH per vehicle. To keep things moving smoothly, please have cash ready for the parking attendants. 

What to Expect on Event Day

Once you arrive on site, head to the Check-In tents to get checked in and your shirt. Be sure to swing by our merch tent for some fun gear! If you pre-ordered anything, this is where you’ll pick it up too.

We’ve got music, games, food, and, of course, wine for purchase throughout the event, so feel free to kick back and enjoy! Most folks bring foldable chairs or blankets to chill on before and after the race.

For the 5k runners, you’ll line up in the start chute according to your pace, with waves starting every 2-3 minutes. Along the course, there will be two water stations to keep you hydrated, and at the finish line, you’ll hit another water station. But let’s be real, this is also where you will be handed finish line wine and finisher medal!

If you’re in for the 1k walk, enjoy the laid-back stroll. You’ll stop at three sampling stations, with the final sample waiting for you at the finish.

We also offer a separate spectator tasting-only ticket for those who prefer to take it easy and enjoy the festivities while waiting for their friends and family to finish. Simply come to the merch tent to buy your pass that includes an etched wine glass and bracelet that will then allow you to purchase wine at the event.

And don’t miss out on the dance and costume parties where you can win SKECHERS Wicked Wine Run swag or even a bottle of wine! So, get those costumes ready for some fun!

Bring a friend, put together a team, or fly solo to meet fellow wine enthusiasts as you sample wines from the vineyard. By participating, you’ll not only be treating yourself to a great time but also supporting our charity partners!
